Trimmer Outpost is a beautiful facility in historic Genoa, Nevada, nestled at the base of the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada in the captivating Carson Valley. At Trimmer Outpost, the restored late 1800's house and barn, a large yard and small arena accommodate birthday parties, special events and weddings.
A miniature western rodeo arena next to the barn will treat kids to fun horse and pony rides during Cowboy and Cowgirl Birthday Parties. We have a unique gift shop featuring "Made In Nevada" and in the West products. Many local artisans, farmers and ranchers produce unique gifts, gourmet foods, seasonal fruits, vegetables and all-natural meat we stock for sale. We sell our Ranch One grass-fed, all-natural beef here as well.
Every year just after Thanksgiving, we harvest silver-tip fir trees, Ponderosa pine and other evergreen trees for our customers who love real Christmas Trees. The trees are locally grown and selectively harvested to allow other trees to grow larger and to preserve and maintain a healthy forest.
